AI in Logistics I

This training is designed for individuals at all levels— from no experience to some experience in the field. It introduces individuals to end-to-end logistics operations and the movement of cargo across multiple modes of transportation, supported by practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI)—from origin to final mile delivery. Individuals will learn how freight moves by truck, rail, air, and ocean; how to evaluate carriers and routing options; how packaging and documentation support safe handling; and how hazardous materials regulations guide emergency response. The training also includes negotiation, customer service communication, and continuous improvement practices used in logistics workplaces. Individuals will be introduced to AI-assisted tools to help with tasks such as summarizing carrier information, reviewing emergency guidelines, and drafting customer status updates. This training program prepares individuals to earn the SCPro Certification.

Classes will meet in real-time via zoom. All participants will be required to utilize Canvas & Conferzoom.

REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be via email or telephone within 48 hours of the start of the seminar/workshop date. No refunds will be provided for a cancellation of a confirmed registration within the 48-hour period before the class start date. If you cancel and wish to enroll in a future seminar/workshop, you may transfer your paid fees to the future seminar/workshop.
