How do I use this website?
Browse available classes and access class descriptions, available dates and times, instructors, locations, and other information. 

If you would like to register for a class, you will need to create a new student profile.  Your personal password-protected account will allow you to register for classes online and review your selections and transactions.  To get started on your profile, click here.

After you have created your student profile, select the class you would like to take and follow the directions to complete your registration at our secured site with your credit card.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.


Who is eligible to register for classes?
Please see class descriptions for any specific eligibility requirements. 


When can I sign up?
You may sign up for any class that appears on the website.  If a class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.


How do I register?
Online: To register for a class, create a new student profile.

How will I know if I get into a class?
After you register online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.  


Are classes handicapped accessible?
Yes.


Can a class be cancelled because of low enrollment?
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.  We will notify you as soon as possible.  You will receive a full refund of the fee or transfer fees to another class, space permitting.


What is the refund policy?
All cancellations must be via email or telephone within 48 hours of the start of the seminar/workshop date. No refunds will be provided for a cancellation of a confirmed registration within the 48 hour period before the class start date. If you cancel and wish to enroll in a future seminar/workshop, you may transfer your paid fees to the future seminar/workshop.

Note: The department reserves the right to add or cancel classes and make adjustments in the scheduled days, hours, room assignments, fees or instructors of any class.


How does LBCC use my personal information?
Long Beach City College is committed to protecting your information online.  We do not sell or trade your information to others.  We may use the information you provide to contact you about classes you have registered for or other classes, special programs, or services we think you may be interested in.  If you do not wish to receive e-mails from us, please select this option in your profile.  We do not store your credit card information on our website.
