This training is for individuals with little to some experience in the field. The training develops a working managerial-level understanding of international logistics operations, including trade compliance, tariff classification, intermodal routing decisions, warehouse planning, and inventory management. Individuals also learn communication, negotiation, and leadership considerations for logistics supervisory roles. AI tools are used in a supporting role—for summarizing regulatory language, comparing routing options, or drafting communication—while individuals maintain responsibility for final judgment and decision-making. This training program prepares individuals to earn the SCPro Certification. 

Classes will meet in real-time via Zoom. All participants will be required to utilize Canvas & Zoom.

REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be via email or telephone within 48 hours of the start of the seminar/workshop date. No refunds will be provided for a cancellation of a confirmed registration within the 48-hour period before the class start date. If you cancel and wish to enroll in a future seminar/workshop, you may transfer your paid fees to the future seminar/workshop.
