A National Certification for Entry- to Mid-Level Professionals in Customer Service Certification Track
Customer service agents, order management associates, and associates in other supply chain domains should understand the importance and extent of customer service and order management processes, techniques, and terminology that support order fulfillment and management. This track is intended to provide students with an understanding of the basics of customer service and order management so they can quickly familiarize themselves and be effective contributors in specific industry settings.
Key elements of this track include the elemnts of order process, customer relationship management, management of challenging customers, effective customer communications, returns and reverse logistics, and performance metrics.
Through this program you have easy access to online education to prepare for the corresponding certification exam.
The online content is self directed and includes interactive activities to help reinforce the concepts, with online practice quizzes. Each course includes a PDF of the entire curriculum, including practice quizzes, ready for printing if that suits your learning style. Content is available for 1 year.

To take the exam remotely, via ProctorU, there is a $25 convenience charge.
Individuals who take and pass the certification exam will receive an SCPro Fundamentals credential from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
